Reconstruction of Woljeong Bridge on top of its ruin was just completed not long ago. I made it a point to have a look before departing Gyeongju. It was a beautiful sight to behold, not just the period-correct bridge structure, its reflection on the river water was equally captivating. A bridge was once there but gone and after countless full moon, it is back where it first stood. Thing comes and goes in a loop, we just do not know how big this loop is. Before any thing disappears again, be thankful it has existed.
